We're currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team during an exciting period of continued growth. As a non-profit organisation our purpose is Working Together for a Cleaner Safer Environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish and preserve trusting connections with both new and current customers by learning about their needs and offering customised solutions.
- Conduct research, identify potential customers, produce leads, and cultivate relationships with prospects.
- Keep up a healthy sales pipeline and make precise predictions about sales results.
- Make efficient use of the CRM database and Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, basic Outlook, Excel, and other programs to aid in administrative tasks
- Provide managers with regular updates on business development initiatives, sales performance, and market insights.
- Propose process and scheme improvements based on client feedback.
About you:
- Have prior sales or strong customer service expertise, presented in a friendly and assured manner.
- Experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment
- To stimulate growth inside the firm, find, create, and acquire new business possibilities.
- Possess good time management skills
- Previous experience working towards targets
