I am recruiting for a Senior Employment Solicitor - 5+ years PQE on behalf of a highly commendable law firm in Northampton, who pride themselves on being a great place to work with a brilliant work life balance, opportunities for development and career progression with over 5 offices and a history going back over 100 years.
Requirements:
- Qualified Senior Solicitor with 5+ Years PQE
- Confident working independently
- Handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion
- Providing guidance and mentoring to our more junior team members.

- Representing clients in employment tribunals.
- A salary between £55,000 - £75,000 dependant on experience.
