An Electrical Sales Support Engineer with a passion for problem solving and an interest in working closely with customers will use their Electrical Engineering knowledge to support sales growth for a market leader in automation and pneumatic technology.
The Electrical Sales Support Engineer should bring:
- A Degree or HND in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering discipline.
- Some commercial experience involving technical support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Working experience with serial interfaces, PLC's or Electric drives.
- Strong hands-on diagnostic and problem solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to UK sites to support customers holding a full UK driving license.
Our Client is seeking an Electrical Sales Support Engineer who will confidently promote the diversity of products and technology through training sessions, who can investigate and analyse product failures as well as embracing the opportunity to contribute to the introduction of new products.
This role is fully office based unless travelling to customer sites.
