Due to expansion I am supporting a household name within practice to recruit a permanent Business Analyst to join them at their offices in Kings Cross.
This role involves introducing and managing business change by identifying and defining key business needs, provide solutions, address challenges, and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation across a wide range of programmes and projects.
Duties:
- Develop and manage processes to ensure best practices, compliance, and business alignment
- Collaborate with leaders to create operational plans defining people, processes, tools, and technology
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into technical specs
- Analyse, document, and test program logic, process flows, and specifications
- Create user manuals detailing installation and operating procedures
Experience required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders effectively, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Proficient in translating complex business functionality into precise application requirements.
- Strong technical knowledge across various domains, particularly in accountancy and finance, with a solid grasp of business complexity and project interdependencies.
- Experience in developing persuasive business cases.
- Familiarity with various software development lifecycles.
