The client is looking for someone to join the newly created billings team, reporting into the Billings Team Leader, you would be required to ensure the sales ledger invoices are accurate and resolve any queries.

I have just registered an exciting position to recruit a Billing Specialist on a permanent basis for my client based in Castleford. The client is looking for someone to join the newly created billings team, reporting into the Billings Team Leader, you would be required to ensure the sales ledger invoices are accurate and resolve any queries.
Description
You may be required to but not limited to:
- To ensure all invoices have the correct PO number detailed.
- Processing of all customer invoicing.
- To ensure that all invoices and credits generated are produced to a high standard to enable the business to function smoothly.
- Portal uploads using several different customer portal systems.
- To ensure new customers invoice process is adopted correctly.
- Raising consolidated invoices and AFP's for multiple customers
Profile
- Experience in a sales ledger role and invoice processing
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Previous accounts/billing experience
- Can work well in a team
- Excellent IT, specifically Excel skills and Sage 200
