Job Title: Senior Secretary
Location: Barbican (London)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 50/50 policy, 2/3 days in the office (London) 2/3 days working at home
Salary: up to £45,000 with discretionary bonus of 8% bonus

About the company: our client is a global law firm headquartered in London, England. They provide legal services to clients worldwide, covering a diverse range of practice areas.
Role Overview: They are seeking highly experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a busy law firm and support senior partners and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing phone calls.
- Extensive billing
- Document amending
- Handling email enquiries efficiently.
- Managing and organising diaries.
- Drafting and preparing correspondence.
- Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
- Organising and scheduling client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
