Job Title: HR Advisor

Reports To: HR Manager
**Role Overview
I'm looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client ASAP to support during a busy period and assist with the implementation of new HR processes. This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, HR admin, and day-to-day support for managers and staff. If you're organised, CIPD qualified, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, I'd love to hear from you.
As HR Advisor, you'll support all HR operations - providing guidance on HR policies, managing employee lifecycle administration, and contributing to HR projects and compliance activities.
**Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice to staff and managers
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Track holidays, absences, and lieu time
- Manage HR correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate training, benefits, and pension admin
- Assist with payroll and HR reporting
- Support audits, minute-taking, and HR projects
**Key Skills & Experience
- CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum)
- Proven HR advisory experience in a busy environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
