A well-established accountancy practice in Darlington are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and support their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and manage supplies and equipment
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems
  • Provide administrative support, manage calendars, and organise documents
  • Handle client communications and maintain client files
  • Greet clients and manage appointments
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Manage petty cash and office budgets
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and organise staff meetings

Proven experience as an Office Manager in a similar role
