Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking for a part-time role? We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our client's team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is fully office-based and is for 25 hours per week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and organise project documentation and files.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Support the team with data entry and record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
