Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Manage and organise project documentation and files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Support the team with data entry and record-keeping.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
