Your new role
- Classroom Preparation and Organization. Yourmeticulous attention to detail will shine here. You'll set up the classroom,arrange materials, and ensure everything is ready for the day's lessons. Thinkof it as creating the best possible learning environment for both students andteachers.
- Individualised Student Support. As a TA, you'll workclosely with students, providing personalised assistance. Whether it's helpingwith class work, managing challenging behaviour or reinforcing learningobjectives, your patience and adaptability will be key.
-Behaviour Management. Maintaining a positive and respectful classroomatmosphere is crucial. You'll assist in managing student behaviour, reinforcingrules, and promoting a conducive learning environment.
-Curriculum Support. Collaborating with teachers, you'll assist in implementinglesson plans across various subjects. Your role extends beyond textbooks-you'llhelp bring the curriculum to life through engaging activities and discussions.
