About You:
- Skilled Legal Secretary with experience in Conveyancing
- Comfortable handling a fast-paced role supporting an active solicitor
- Proficient typist, experienced in audio transcription
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Strong IT proficiency
- Team-oriented and cooperative
Key Duties:
- Audio transcription
- Typing, including drafting attendance notes
- Liaising with clients
- PA responsibilities, including scheduling appointments
- Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
- Managing files
