We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our supportive team in Middlesex. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity to work with students across all year groups in a special educational needs setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and have a patient, adaptable approach to teaching.

**Day-to-day of the role:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
  • Assess and record students' progress, preparing reports and attending parent-teacher meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff, professionals, and parents to support student learning and wellbeing.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and abilities of students.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
  • A patient, caring, and creative approach to teaching.
