Customer Service Co-ordinator

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support through a busy period. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, friendly, and accurate customer service and order processing support.

Duties:

  • Review and verify orders for accuracy
  • Promptly enter customer orders into the system
  • Coordinate with customers to organise delivery
  • Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Respond to customer emails in the inbox
  • Escalate unresolved order issues to management
  • Address enquiries from customers as quickly as possible

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service is required
