Job Title:
Hospitality Trainer/Assessor - Hotels (Trainee or Qualified)

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training
Location:
Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout London and Surrey
Salary:
£31,200 - £33,100 (Inclusive of location uplift) - Depending on qualifications

Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within a Hotel setting at Supervisory level or above (Food and Beverage Manager, Housekeeping or Reception etc.)
- Ideally have experience of working Back of House within a Restaurant setting, though this is not essential.
- Ideally hold a NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example: Food and Beverage, Food Production, Reception, Housekeeping or Team Leading).
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality Levels 2/3 to include: Front of House, Food and Beverage Service, Food Production, Reservations and Reception, plus any other front of house related qualifications. Delivery of Back of House related qualifications depending on competency.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI's in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
