Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar job role/function
- Administrative Support
- Office Management, Technology & Compliance
- HR Administration
- Effective Time Management, Organisation and 'can-do' approach
Desired:
- Experience in a Technology Business
- Start/Scale-up Business Experience
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support - Diary management of internal/external stakeholders, note capturing, CRM maintainance, NDA's and company partnership management, EDI Initiative drive, Market Research & Reports.
- Office Management, Technology & Compliance - Liaising with Building Management, Oversee Office space planning, Source & Order Supplies, Organise Company Events, Manage Technology Equipment & Coordinate with IT Support.
- HR Administration - On/off-boarding, boost employee experience/engagement, Employee Surveys, HR Policies, Recruitment and Retention Support.
