- We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives within our drug and alcohol community treatment programme.

_Key Responsibilities: _

Oversee delivery of the Drug & Alcohol Community Treatment Contract and its improvement plan.

Identify, evidence, and implement effective interventions for alcohol addiction, improving outcomes for service users.

Drive forward the 10-Year Drug Strategy through active leadership in the Combatting Drugs Partnership.

_Ideal Requirements: _
-
Proven experience in programme or project management within public health, substance misuse, or related fields.

Strong understanding of national drug and alcohol strategies and evidence-based interventions.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and strategic planning skills.
