This is an exciting opportunity to begin your teaching career while receiving comprehensive training and support!
About the Role:
- Position: Trainee SEN Teacher
- Location: North Wiltshire
- Setting: Small Alternative Provision School
- Student Age Range: 8 to 17 years old
- Class Size: Approximately 6 students per class, each supported by a Teaching Assistant
- Student Grouping: Based on ability and needs, not age
- Curriculum: Alternative, focusing on experiential learning
- Pay: From £21,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking individuals who:
- Have a genuine passion for working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- Are committed to making a significant impact on students' lives.
- Are adaptable, patient, and nurturing.
- Are eager to learn and grow in a supportive teaching environment.
- Minimum Qualifications: A degree or a Level 5 qualification.
