What You Will Do:
- Manage sales enquiries through internal document control systems and report monthly sales and enquiry figures.
- Produce material take-offs and Bill of Quantities from enquiry drawings and information for accurate quotation.
- Issue detailed quotations and order acknowledgements to clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collate and control order information, presenting it effectively to the Design & Production Teams.
- Maintain proactive contact with clients throughout the sales and order cycle, addressing queries with precision.
- Work closely with Design and Production teams, fostering a collaborative environment to meet customer needs.
What You Will Bring:
- A technical background, with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and Bill of Quantities.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM would be advantageous.
- A vibrant and enthusiastic personality, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
