Our NHS Client is looking for a seasoned Legal Services Manager

Role Summary
Principal Trust expert on clinical negligence claims and all other claims issued against the Trust, inquests, Court of Protection and health law matters. You will be responsible for all work carried out by the legal team:
- Clinical negligence and personal injury litigation
- Court of Protection Applications
- Inquests
Whilst NHS experience is an advantage applications are welcome from suitably qualified Solicitors with litigation experience of Clinical Negligence, and the Coroners Court.
