RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage all store operations to ensure commercial and operational excellence
- Deliver and exceed KPIs including sales, payroll, stock and cost management
- Maintain high standards in customer experience and store presentation
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand values
- Ensure effective back-of-house operations to support trading and compliance
REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in lifestyle or premium retail
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent team leadership with a focus on development and motivation
- Strong operational knowledge including stock management and visual standards
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and cultivating client relationships
