The role within Social Media & Content:
- Assist the Marketing Manager with the creation of social media content
- Creating engaging content, scheduling posts, engagement with communities and monitoring of social media activity
- Ensure that the organisations brand and identity is displayed clearly and correctly in campaigns and across all communication channels
- Involves developing content including text and some video content (also includes graphics and artwork though does have the support from the creative graphics team)
- Work in conjunction with other members of the marketing team to ensure the department achieves its required goals and objectives.
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Proofread marketing collateral and copy.
- Upload marketing content to website, social media pages, and sales library.
- Provide support and marketing materials for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Support with administration duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Engaging content creation skills, including writing, image editing, and video editing.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic analytical skills to monitor and evaluate social media performance.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the field
- Working with a variety of job briefs, where excitement creates compelling posts.
