Customer Service Specialist
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: SN4 - 8.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 15.00pm on Fridays - Hybrid working – Tues, Wednesday and Thursday (office) and Monday and Friday (WFH). First 6months fully office based.
- Salary: £25,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to act as a primary point of contact for technical and complex queries within our team.
You will provide a full and high level of administrative skills alongside excellent telephone manner.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all queries related to your role, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Offer technical support to team members, encouraging the use of initiative to find solutions.
- Communicate effectively with the practice and office manager about potential issues.
- Prepare for meetings, manage business submissions, and draft suitability letters.
- Handle complex cases with professionalism and expertise.
- Manage and resolve technical queries, liaising with clients to provide assistance and information.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as tax and trusts, pensions marketing, and asset management, to resolve contentious issues and streamline processes.
- Stay informed about industry and internal changes that affect your role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
