We are looking for several experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives who have excellent wiring, crimping, and soldering skills for a major electrical engineering company in Rugby.
This is a busy role where you will follow drawings, wire up electrical units, work with very small crimps, solder, work on looms, and handle components. Some of the products are very small, and the quality of workmanship is crucial for this client.
We are really looking for someone who is a master of their craft and takes pride in doing a job well.
To be considered - you MUST have:
- A solid CV showing commitment to an employer.
- Ideally at least 2 years' experience in electrical assembly.
- Excellent wiring, crimping, and soldering skills (there will be a trade test).
- The ability to read schematics.
- Dexterous and nimble fingers.
- Be fully numerate and literate.
- A friendly, positive attitude.
This role offers you:
- £26K - £28K per year (depending on the level of electrical assembly experience).
