The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will have a degree or relevant qualification in an Architectural practice with excellent Revit abilities and a desire to progress and work on innovative projects.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree in architectural technology or relevant subject
- Strong portfolio to demonstrate technical abilities
- Knowledge of current building regulations
- Some experience in a UK architectural practice is beneficial
- Driven and positive attitude
- Motivated to continue progressing and enhancing software skills
- Confident user of Revit is essential
- Attentiveness to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Keen to input to company growth
- Ideally some experience of healthcare, commercial or education projects
- CIAT member is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK
- Live locally to the Manchester / Stockport area
