Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join a busy team in urgent need of support.

The Role:
This is a temporary role for 6 - 12 weeks, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person. It's a varied an interesting role and it's fast paced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading recruitment efforts to support the business' fast-paced staffing needs.
  • Assisting in the implementation of a new HR system.
  • Managing onboarding and safeguarding processes, including DBS sign-offs.
  • Handling high volumes of applications.
  • Supporting interviews, taking notes, and assisting with general HR admin tasks.

About You:

  • Strong HR administration experience.
  • A proactive and organised approach to handling recruitment and HR processes.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high application volumes.

This role is challenging, with a focus on quick turnarounds for recruitment (within 2 weeks) and managing large amounts of paperwork.

Salary & Benefits
