Inverter Fusion Ltd (IFL) are manufacturers of Inverter Fusion premium welders and distributors of the country's leading brands of welding equipment including Lincoln, Optrel and Kemper as well as consumables and accessories. Based in Honiton, Devon they are part of The EuroTech Group of companies.
As the IFL Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of 4 people. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of the trade counter, driving sales, maintaining high levels of customer service, and overseeing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven sales experience preferably in a trade environment and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
- Answer customer queries, process quotes & orders, goods in/out and ensure that the company standards and operations are maintained at all times.
- Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a trade counter and team effectively
- Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential new customers.
- You should be hands-on, lead by example, and be focused on driving the team to reach sales targets, both trade counter, web based and direct sales.
- Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy
- A full and valid driving license is essential
- Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade counter/ retail environment, preferably welding related, could be a distinct advantage.
