The role involves working directly on varied portfolios of clients while managing client relationships. The Senior Accountant role will be a point of knowledge for the team and will take an active role in the overall development and progression of the team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review management accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and support.
- Provide insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns.
- Assist start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidance.
- Lead the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systems.
- Manage UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Foster the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorship.
- Offer expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationships.
What you need:
- ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Experience at senior level already this would be more for the next step up
- Comprehensive knowledge of Management Accounting.
- Team player who values collective success and contributes positively to the overall work environment.
- Professionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in all endeavours.
- Ability to delegate tasks and guide junior staff, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Capacity to manage and build client relationships, providing exceptional service tailored to their needs.
