Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Leamington Spa - up to £24k basic plus commission

They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their fun and professional team based out of their Leamington Spa office. They are offering a competitive salary together with commission and ongoing training and progression.
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
- Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Experience in Estate agency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
