Macildowie are delighted to be supporting a not-for-profit organisation based in Northamptonshire to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
Reporting into a supportive and engaging Head of Finance, you will immerse yourself in the service areas to understand the key drivers and requirements and opportunities for improvement, providing value-add financial support, analysis and strategic guidance to help decision-making across the organisation.
You will utilise your strong technical finance experience in supporting key stakeholders in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, preparing the monthly-management accounts pack with associated commentaries, financial analysis and reporting and ad-hoc project support.
You will be working with non-finance professionals so the ability to communicate clearly and educate your key stakeholders is paramount.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with excellent business partnering skills and the ability to support and influence decision-making for the benefit of the organisation and it's beneficiaries. You will be expected to present to the senior leadership team so exceptional communication skills are a must.
You need not have worked in a not-for-profit previously as your experience and desire to work in a fantastic organisation providing amazing support to a wide range of individuals are more important.
