We are excited to partner with an exciting business based in Wallingford looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. This will suit someone with previous Credit Control experience that is ready to take ownership of credit control processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Being the point of contact for all credit control issues for the ledger
- Posting daily cash received and allocating to invoices
- Keeping detailed credit control notes
- Generating regular reports on Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger accounts reconciliations
- Preparing and completing the monthly cash expense pay run
What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control position
- Ability to plan and effectively meet deadlines
- Strong people skills to communicate effectively
- Good IT skills including Excel
