Are You an Ambitious, Target-Driven Car Sales Executive? This is Your Opportunity to Shine.
We are searching for a high-performing Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy, successful, and well-established dealership in Epsom. This is your chance to earn uncapped commission in a fast-paced, rewarding showroom environment with a market-leading vehicle brand and full manufacturer training.
This is NOT an entry-level role — you must have proven experience in car sales or vehicle sales within the motor trade industry to be considered.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Engaging customers and delivering an exceptional sales experience from first contact to handover
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new and used vehicles, finance packages, service plans, and add-ons
- Generating finance and insurance quotes, presenting products clearly and confidently
- Negotiating trade-ins/part exchanges, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Managing the entire customer journey to create long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Supporting the sales team and maintaining high standards across the showroom
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of car sales experience in a main dealership or automotive environment (essential)
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong closing ability and confidence with upselling finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- A customer-focused approach with a positive, can-do attitude
