**Job Advert: Handyman Needed in Elephant and Castle, London**

  • *Rate:** £19-£20 per hour

  • *Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled handyman for a short-term project in Elephant and Castle, London. The role offers competitive pay and requires immediate start. The ideal candidate must have a valid CSCS Card, their own tools, and appropriate PPE.

  • *Duties:**

- Moving ceiling tiles in office ceilings (no fixing required).
- Completing two pieces of block work (not exposed, appearance is not critical as it will be behind cladding).
- Mixing and applying concrete, sand, and cement to fill holes.
- General labouring and site cleaning, including tidying the site and filling the skip (assistance provided by Cristian).
- Scraping floors (must have the right tools for this task).

  • *Requirements:**

- Valid CSCS Card.
- Own tools and PPE.
- Ability to mix concrete, sand, and cement.
- General handyman skills and site cleaning capabilities.

  • *Note:** Minor carpentry tasks will be handled by a carpenter, so no carpentry skills are needed for this position.
