Finance Administrator / £23,000 - £25,000 / Warrington area / Permanent
Adaptable Recruitment are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join a dynamic team within a well-established organisation based in the Warrington area. This position requires an individual who thrives in a structured environment and possesses strong organisational and communication skills. The role is fully office-based, offering a competitive salary of £24k.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Bank Reconciliations: Perform accurate reconciliations of all bank accounts ensuring that management has reliable and up-to-date financial information.
- Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the accounts payable process, including the posting of purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing monthly payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Assist the wider team with invoicing, including managing overdue payments, and ensuring effective receivables management to support the company's cash flow.
- General Administration: Maintain organised and accurate accounting records, manage incoming and outgoing post, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to support the smooth operation of the finance department.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a finance role is desirable
- AAT or Finance related Qualification/Degree essential
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
