Roles and Responsibilities of the Senior Operations Coordinator
- Work alongside Job logic; ensure its up to date for engineers, correct information is on it
- Manage migration of job management system
- Input information, assign labour, verifying cost calculations
- Support the tender process for new projects
- Liaise with external fleet management
- Supervise new contacts
- General HR Administration
Experience and qualifications for the Senior Operations Coordinator:
- Experienced with Job management systems like Joblogic, CAFM
- Excellent communicational skills
- Vast knowledge of maths
- Understanding of health and safety
- Good leadership skills
