You role:
As a Associate Producer you play a pivotal in driving content development and execution, managing live operations of the application, assist with community management and be part of the expanding product and content team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Ideation: Generate creative ideas for collectible sets that drive in-app and physical card sales.
- Content Creation: Gather raw materials, focusing on popular figures and appealing content for our audience.
- Live Operations: Assist in managing live operations, including news updates, notifications, and sale windows.
- Community Management: Support social media and Discord messaging, advising customer support as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread content, verify release details, and review image assets to ensure flawless delivery.
About you?
- Experience in mobile app production, development, sports content, marketing, or operations
- Ability to create accurate content and messaging quickly.
- Manage multiple collectible sets in various development stages, meeting deadlines effectively.
- A Passion for football, including players, current storylines, and the market.
- Clearly express complex details to users, market popular players, and resonate with our fanbase.
- Communicate clearly within a team, keeping everyone aligned with shifting priorities.
- Continuously seek improvement, using analytics to enhance the content creation process.
- Deliver an exceptional app experience through clear communication and responsiveness to user feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic Photoshop, and familiar with task management tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Airtable.
