In this vital role as an HR Administrator, you will support the Human Resources team in a broad range of HR duties, from recruitment to employee relations, within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. The position is based in Manchester and requires a team member with exceptional organisational and communication skills.

Description
- Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy by working as an integral part of the People Team and the organisation.
- Support People Partners and CPO with first-line support enquiries about people-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records and HR databases.
- Monitor and respond to people queries in the dedicated People inbox within agreed SLAs.
- Deliver a first-class HR service to the organisation.
- Complete onboarding for all new colleagues in the organisation.
- Benefit Administration.
- Provide general admin support to the People Team including the CPO.
- Keep our internal Intranet up to date.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by senior management.
- Assist in the communication and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Support the performance review process, including gathering feedback and ensuring that people leaders submit their reviews on time.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Support compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
