Refrigeration Service Engineer required to work for our client who are a specialist Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company based in North Somerset. Due to the continued success and growth of the business, they are now looking to employ an additional refrigeration engineer. The most suitable candidate will be based in and around Bristol. The Refrigeration Engineer will cover sites generally within an hour or so, of Bristol.
The Refrigeration Engineer will be expected to preform service, fault finding and maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems and units such as ice machines, bottle coolers, cold rooms, cellar cooling, cabinets and it would be expected, the engineer have some basics working knowledge / service experience of air conditioning systems such as split systems, VRV and VRF. The Refrigeration Engineer will be working within Hotels, Restaurants, Schools, Offices and MOD sites.. The candidate is required to have F-Gas Cat-1 2079 certificate and NVQ2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £38,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
- Door to Door Travel Paid
- Company van, fuel card and phone
- Specialist tools provided
- 20 Holiday Days + 8 Bank Holidays (Extra 1 day per year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days)
- Non mandatory call out
- Overtime Available (At Additional Rates, from 8+ hours on site)
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements
- Experience working with Commercial refrigeration units such as Ice machines, Bottle coolers, Cold Rooms, Cellar Cooling, Cabinets, Split Systems
- Some basic experience working with Air Conditioning units VRV,VRF, Split Systems
- Experience in Servicing, Repairing, Fault finding and Maintenance
- F-Gas Cat-1 2079
- NVQ2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
- Installation Experience (Advantageous)
