As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in conducting service user reviews, monitoring staff performance, and providing support to our office team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or working towards.
- Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
- Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties as required.
