Are you working in a Corporate Tax role but don't feel you are getting the opportunities for development? Do you work in General Practice and have a desire to focus on corporate tax going forwards? Our client, a dynamic and growing firm of Chartered Accountants, is seeking a skilled individual to join their Tax team in a new role.
About the Role:
As a Corporate Tax senior – or Semi-senior, you will play a crucial role in both compliance and advisory functions. You will work on a variety of tasks that will allow you to leverage and expand your corporate tax experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing corporate tax computations
- Completing CT600 forms
- Reviewing tax-related accounts files
- Preparing CT61 forms
- Assisting with group restructures
- Handling R&D tax claims
- Providing VAT planning and advice
What We're Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will be ATT qualified or part qualified, with practical experience in corporate tax. A genuine interest in deepening your knowledge of direct and indirect business taxation is essential. We are looking for someone passionate about learning and eager to progress their career within a fast-growing practice.
Key Attributes:
- Experience in corporate tax – this may be in a tax role or in general practice
- Strong desire to develop and progress in business taxation
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting, with up to 2 days of remote working per week
