Are you an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager, keen to lead the direction of a diverse team? Are you looking to take the next step in your career at a leading firm in North London, who have experienced huge growth over the last year?

Our client, a forward-thinking firm based in Finchley, are looking for an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager to join their Advanced Business Services Team. Each team is around 10 members, and the position would be responsible for overseeing the full workflow for mixed workloads of accounts, tax, management accounts and VAT. As well as developing your team you will also have the opportunity to work on business development and progress your skill across the board.

Whilst keeping their clients happy the firm also prioritises their employee's happiness. They offer great flexible working, have modern offices and regularly organise team events, including employee led activities such as art classes and organised days out.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing work on varied portfolios of clients
  • Managing a team of supervisors, seniors and trainees
  • Nurturing existing, and creating new client relationships
  • Planning client work, being solely responsible for the delegation of work
  • Actively developing your team, yourself and the firm

The perfect candidate will be:

  • ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Commercially minded, and able to build mutual understanding with clients
  • Experienced in a similar practice environment
  • Experienced with the management of colleagues
