About the Role:
You will be working within a further education setting, supporting students with a range of needs, primarily focusing on those with autism. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing 1:1 support, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Understanding of Autism: Essential for this role as you'll be supporting students with diverse learning and communication needs.
- Experience working with Autism: Highly desirable, but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
- Compassion and Patience: Key to helping our students thrive.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
