Business Development Director Role Overview
We have partnered with a fast-growing Fintech seeking an experienced Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales KPIs including meetings, proposals, and revenue targets
- Expand existing accounts and grow new business funnel
- Develop partner solutions aligned with client objectives and company brand
- Identify market opportunities and educate clients on product benefits
- Establish and nurture client relationships, including cold calling and lead follow-up
- Onboard B2B clients, run product demos, and ensure seamless customer experience
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in products/technology/services
- Proven success record in the UK market
- Strong knowledge of a target sector (e.g., Banking/FS, Crypto, Charities)
- Self-starter capable of handling all aspects of the sales process
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in CRM usage

Work Model
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office.
