About our client:

Our client holds training courses throughout the UK in respect of Drink Drive Rehabilitation on behalf of the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and HMCTS.

The role:

Possible start date: ASAP

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm and one Saturday per month, 9am to 12pm

Total working hours: 40

What you will do in your working day:

  • Inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling involved).
  • Screening and cleansing data.
  • General administration.
  • Dealing with inbound customer enquiries through emails and telephone calls.
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally and within a reasonable timescale.
  • Contacting clients through a variety of channels to book them on to their training courses.
  • Day to day office duties.
  • Maintaining and supporting with electronic and hard copy filling systems.
  • Open and sort documents accordingly.
  • Assisting in resolving any administrative issues.
  • Taking payments by telephone on their company operating system.
  • Maintaining and updating information on their CRM system when required.

The training you will receive:

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
  • All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes.
  • Functional skills in English and Mathematics, if required.

Salary

  • £8.00 per hour (Raising to £11.50 after 3 months)
  • Monthly bonus
  • Yearly salary reviews

Qualifications required:

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Essential

  • Ideally you will be customer service minded and preferably have some experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Professional nature.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail both personally and to your work.
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload.

  • Previous experience in an admin related role.

The apprenticeship:

Qualification: Business Administration Level 3

Duration: 15 months
