At our client's organisation, they are a leading company in their industry, known for their innovative solutions and excellent customer service. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business and be a key member of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, such as memos, letters, and emails.
  • To ensure at all times that you and the team have the resources, support and advice needed to deliver a consistently excellent service.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with the stakeholders, including the Developer, Landlord, and any Resident Association, commercial liaison or other organisations.
  • Update and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient communication and workflow within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Salary:

Annual salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000, based on experience and qualifications.
