Due to growth, my client is looking for a CNC Service Desk Technician to join their skilled team. The company are a highly respected global manufacturer of specialist CNC machinery, and they are able to provide a genuine platform for growth and development.
The successful candidate will provide first-line support to customers and field-based engineers, which could range from assisting with software queries, through to troubleshooting urgent mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic breakdowns. The Role:
- CNC Service Engineer - Desk based
- First-line support for customers and field-based engineers
- Trouble shooting electrical, pneumatic, software, and mechanical breakdowns
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
The Candidate:
- Experience working with CNC, woodworking machinery, or automated robotic machinery
- Experience in a service or maintenance engineer position
- Looking for an office-based role
- Commutable to Daventry
