A leading organisation in their sector based in the Steyning area are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Description
As Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Payments and all credit control duties
- Ensuring that new and authorised supplier/customer accounts are opened within the accounts ledger and that credit & payment terms reflect those agreed
- Resolving supplier/customer queries as required
- Matching of payments to invoices
- Inventory data, vendor payments
- Accounts payable/receivable balances
