We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a talent for lead generation and sales prospecting. If you are a pro-active customer service candidate that would love to step into sales, this could be the sales opportunity for you!

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Engage in business-to-business lead generation and sales prospecting to identify potential clients.
  • Conduct outbound cold calling, effectively handle objections, and gather sales intelligence.
  • Transfer leads in the renewal window to an allocated sales closer, ensuring a smooth handover process.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunity, consistently working towards sales targets.
  • Communicate with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning our offerings as solutions to their challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role - Desirable
  • Strong customer service skills - Essential
  • Keen interest in working in a sales environment - Essential
