Transport Supervisor Responsibilities
- The role is shift based, with the focus on the day-to-day operation covering the following aspects:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the operations daily overseeing drivers, valets & vehicles.
- Providing administrative support to drivers - including the organisation of passenger pick-ups and delivering up to date traffic information.
- Processing tour bookings - via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.
- Responding to passenger queries - via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- General administrative tasks - including organisation/management of passenger information and collation of performance data.
- Weekly reporting using Excel.
- Building & maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Transport Supervisor Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a similar role
- Customer Service
- Administrative Skills
- Competent in Excel
- Knowledge of Scotland
- Tourism Industry Experience
Transport Supervisor Remunerations
- Shift Pattern: 3 Early / 3 Late / 3 Off
- Early: 06:30 - 14:30
- Late: 14:00 - 22:00
- Salary: £27,000.00 per year
