Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall running of the sales team.
- Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
- Set/meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
- Ensure all relevant communication and data are updated and recorded.
- Advise new business and team on products and services available.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
- Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and plan training sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a call centre environment would be desirable but not essential.
- Some previous experience of leading a team.
- Some previous experience within sales.
- Self-motivated and driven.
