Business Analyst
Gillingham, Kent - Hybrid working
Business Analyst needed for a leading organisation based in Gillingham, Kent, who are looking to employ an experienced Business Analyst to support a programme of work as they grow and transform the business, with an in-depth knowledge and of business analysis, project management, Agile, working with software development teams, 3rd party software integration, and UAT testing.
The salary expectation for the successful Business Analyst:
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits: including hybrid home working
Some of the main duties of the Business Analyst will include:
- Demonstratable BA/PM experience with a track record of delivering in an agile, fast-paced and multi-disciplined environment
- Experienced working with development teams to deliver products with clearly measurable business benefits
- Skilled at owning the design, implementation and testing of small and large projects
- Experience managing integration's of 3rd party systems into the core business
- Ability to work across multiple projects from concept to post implementation, able to prioritise effectively and focus on elements that truly add benefit
- Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously within agreed timescales
- Experience in UAT testing of products and services
- Ability to successfully embed change into the business and monitor success of change
- Support the internal development of processes around IT enabled business change
In order to be the successful Business Analyst and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar Business Analysis role
- Project management experience
- Worked with Software development teams
- UAT Testing
- Experience of working in agile methodology
- BCS certified in business analysis (Desirable)
